10mm Down to Dust

10mm limestone chippings down to dust is the name given to a crushed stone aggregate similar in composition to MOT, which is typically used as a medium quality fill or sub-base material. Ground down to smaller particles than MOT, 10mm Down creates a smoother, more level surface when compacted whilst not as strong, making this aggregate more suited for footpaths and low-traffic areas. 10mm down can also be use as a binding material below lightweight concrete mixes, ideal for low impact areas such as shed bases.

With all naturally quarried products there will always be an element of dust on all materials. The dust can be cleared by simply hosing the materials once laid or letting nature take its course by letting the dust wash away over time with rainfall. 

Colour: As all our products are naturally quarried there can be colour variations as well as size variations dependent on the formation of the mineral in the quarry at any given time.
